MESSAGE DATED 3rd DECEMBER 2013




We have received two reports of burglaries in your area of Exeter. 

DE/13/11276 relates to the burglary of an insecure garage on Pennsylvania Road that occurred between Saturday the 2nd November and yesterday Monday the 2nd December 2013 where power tools and other items were removed/stolen. 

Crime ref DE/13/11294 relates to a burglary to a property on Argyll Road between 2205hrs on Sunday the 1st and 0845hrs yesterday Monday the 2nd December 2013, where a ground floor bedroom window was forced to gain entry. 

Residents are asked to be aware of these incidents, keep all outbuildings securely closed and locked, check them on a regular basis, report any suspicious activity/vehicles you may see in and around your or your neighbours property to the Police promptly.

We have received a report of a burglary to the basement area of Wadham House on Copplestone Drive in Exeter.

This occurred sometime between 1750hrs on Monday the 25th and 0820hrs yesterday Tuesday the 26th November 2013.

The offender/s entered several lock ups/storage facilities by forcing the locks, and then removing/stealing items.

Residents in this area are asked to be aware of this incident and be vigilant, please report any suspicious persons or vehicles you may see in and around your or your neighbour's property to the Police promptly, using the 101 no: for all other information. Thank you

These incidents occurred between 1900hrs yesterday Wednesday the 20th and 0800hrs today Thursday the 21st November 2013.

Neighbourhood Watch

We have received two reports of sheds being entered on Copplestone Drive and Kilbarren Rise in Exeter. 

The offender/s forced or removed padlocks to gain entry. These incidents occurred between 1900hrs on Sunday the 17th and 1740hrs yesterday Monday the 18th November 2013 

Residents are asked to be aware of these incident, check all outbuildings on a regular basis. Report any suspicious activity you may see around your or your neighbour's property to the Police promptly.

We have received three reports of burglary to properties on Kilbarren Rise, Dunvegan Drive and Doriam Close in Exeter. 

The offender/s were able to access the properties on Kilbarren Rise and Dunvegan Drive via insecure doors between 0100-0800hrs, yesterday Tuesday the 19th. 

The property on Doriam Close had a ground floor window forced open between 1955-1959hrs also yesterday Tuesday the 19th November 2013. 

Residents are asked to be aware of these incidents, Report any suspicious activity you may see around your or your neighbour's property to the Police promptly.

This car has been parked outside our house and beside Ann's garden for at least two days.  Does anyone know who it belongs to?
